Property Management Service
We take complete care of your home from home. This includes looking after all of your and your guests’ needs and requirements. Monthly property inspections are included as standard. Your individual package can be tailor-made to suit your specific needs and requirements.
Key Holding
We provide a secure key holding service.
Keys are not labelled with your address.
Two sets are always readily available.
Replacement sets can be arranged for an additional fee.
Housekeeping
Ensuring that your property is clean and ready for your and your guests’ arrival can be a worry. Managing this from another country can be difficult and complicated. We offer a full housekeeping service including arrival, departure or full turnaround.
Grocery Hampers
Let us take care of the essentials. We can arrange for a Grocery Hamper of essential items to be waiting for you or your guests at the property.
Emergency Call Out
Emergencies are unplanned and can be incredibly stressful to deal with when you’re away from your property. With our 24 hour call out service you can count on us to be on site to manage any unforeseen eventualities.
